EMERGENCY KIT

Representatives of the Mahoning County Red Cross and the Emergency Management Agency say the following are the most important items people should always have on hand for disaster preparedness:

U Three gallons of drinking water per person per day. Assume that tap water may not be available for three days.

U A battery-powered radio.

U A first-aid kit.

U A list of physicians and pharmacists already programmed in a cell phone.

U A flashlight (make certain the batteries are good).
