BOARDMAN — Kelsey Ford pitched a two-hitter with four strikeouts and no walks, as the Boardman High softball team blanked Canton McKinley, 10-0, in a Federal League softball game Tuesday.
It was a makeup, regular-season game. Ford is 10-6.
Lizzie Padgitt had a double and three RBIs to lead Boardman (16-12, 6-7 FL), which collected 11 hits.
Julie Olbrych slugged a triple and double and drove in one run. Brooke Meenachan had a double, single and an RBI.
