Tom Ciminelli of Boardman aced the No. 2 hole at Reserve Run Golf Course. He used a 4-iron on the 195-yard hole and the shot was witnessed by Joseph Santon and Angelo Maxim.
Jack Cramb made a hole-in-one on the No. 4 hole at Avalon Golf and Country Club’s Buhl Park in Sharon, Pa. He used a pitching wedge on the 145-yard hole, which was his 11th career ace. It was witnessed by Jim Stratton, Jim Klepper and Rex Ferry.
Don Davis of Poland aced the No. 11 hole, 129 yards, with the 9 wood at Castle Hill GC. Jim Kuhl and Mike Bobovetz witnessed the shot.
Virginia Ohlin of Warren aced the No. 16 hole at The Pit in Pinehurst N.C. She used a pitching wedge on the 59-yard hole and was in a foursome of Elsa Meiting of Virginia, Jean Elder of Wisconsin and Betsy Wittinherger of Wisconsin. It was her first ace.
Arthur Thomas of Canfield aced the No. 14 hole at Candywood Golf Course in Vienna. He used an 8-iron on the 128-yard hole and the shot was witnessed by James Owens and Gary Kabetso.
