X WARREN — Mr. and Mrs. Cosmo DiFrancesco, 3669 Demura Drive S.E., were the guests of honor at a surprise 50th anniversary dinner and reception arranged by their family and held April 19 at Vernon's Cafe in Niles.
Invitations for the event were issued by their children and their spouses, Debbie DiFrancesco of Austintown, Fred and Maureen DiFrancesco of Galena, Kathi Jo and Aaron Foreman of Warren, and Joe and Ellen DiFrancesco of Austintown. Also participating were their nine grandchildren.
The former Lois Reda and Mr. DiFrancesco were united in marriage April 19, 1958, at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown. They are members of St. James Church.
Mrs. DiFrancesco was a medical secretary with Warren Orthopaedic Group prior to retiring in 1995.
Mr. DiFrancesco retired in 2002 from Clyde Cole Motors and Cole Bros. Dodge in Warren, where he was a parts manager.
