X YOUNGSTOWN —Pamela Marie Pires and Elvis Samuel Madera, both of 2903 Rush Blvd., are announcing their engagement and plans for their wedding.
They will be united in marriage at noon Aug. 10 at La Iglesia de Dios. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for an outdoor reception at the couple’s home.
The bride-elect, a daughter of Colleen Pires, 550 William St., Fall River, Mass., and the late David Pires, is a stay-at-home mother.
The prospective groom is a son of Zorida Colon and Jose Felix, 2746 Shady Run Drive. He received training from Universal Technical Institute’s automotive technology program and is a self-employed mechanic.
