MAHONING COUNTY

Forum Health At Home offers hot, nutritious meals at noon weekdays at nine locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance, and transportation is available. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.

Wednesday, Jan. 23: Stuffed cabbage, mashed potatoes, California mixed vegetables, rye bread with margarine, pineapple tidbits and milk.

Thursday, Jan. 24: Hamburger on a bun with mustard and ketchup, zesty potatoes, baked-bean quintet, sweetened or unsweetened mandarin oranges and milk.

Friday, Jan. 25: Tuna salad on a bun, three-bean salad, cottage cheese with unsweetened peach half, apple juice and milk.

Saturday, Jan. 26: Cold-cut sandwich on a bun with mustard and ketchup, fresh fruit, coleslaw and macaroni salad.

Monday, Jan. 28: Meatloaf with gravy, mashed potatoes, peas, wheat roll with margarine, apple and milk.

Tuesday, Jan. 29: Penne with meatballs, wax beans, shredded lettuce with toppings and dressing, wheat bread with margarine, sweetened or unsweetened fruit mix and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.25 per meal.
