Arson fire destroys South Side home
YOUNGSTOWN — A deliberately set fire at 94 E. Marion Ave. had fully engulfed the vacant house when firefighters arrived at 1:20 p.m. Sunday.
For safety reasons, the three-story South Side house was allowed to burn down. Damage was set at $20,000, a total loss.
