AUSTINTOWN — Celina Williams, personnel coordinator for the company’s nonprofit call center in Austintown, has achieving a Professional in Human Resources certification. The PHR exam tests an extensive body of knowledge pertaining to all aspects of employment laws and human resource functions.
YOUNGSTOWN — Atty. Martin S. Hume has been certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a specialist in labor and employment law. Hume earned his bachelor’s degree in social studies from Wesleyan University and then was graduated from The Ohio State University College of Law.
