Two stars lost, one from world of music, other from realm of drama

Eartha Kitt, a sultry singer, dancer and actress who rose from South Carolina cotton fields to become an international star has died, as did British Nobel laureate Harold Pinter, who produced some of his generation’s most influential dramas.
