Angel D. Cameron, 35, of East County Line Road, Mineral Ridge, patient abuse.
Dana D. Edwards, 45, of North 16th Street, Sebring, three counts of rape.
David Mackall, 38, of Lorain Correctional Institution, breaking and entering.
Wilbert Tolley, 63, of Williamson Avenue, receiving stolen property.
Dwayne Jewson, 41, of McGuffey Road, cocaine possession and marijuana trafficking with a forfeiture specification.
Arthur J. Gingher, 38, of West Grant Street, East Palestine, receiving stolen property.
Shawn L. Fletcher II, 20, of Glacier Avenue, felonious assault.
Harold D. Lowe, 46, of Mathews Road, Boardman, assault.
Geri L. Casey, 34, of Liberty Road, deception to obtain a dangerous drug.
