Restaurants in downtown Youngstown are going through some changes.

Martini’s Downtown, 100 E. Federal St., to close Friday.

Anthony’s On The River, 15 Oak Hill Ave., closed to the public, but is available for catering and private parties.

The Core, 36 W. Federal St., closed with the landlord looking for a bar to open there.

Cedars Lounge and Restaurant, 23 N. Hazel St., reopened serving sandwiches and a lighter menu than before with more casual seating.

Lemon Grove Cafe and Lounge, 122 W. Federal St., opening soon.
