NOAS offers classes on adoption, foster care

WARREN — Northeast Ohio Adoption services invites area singles or couples to attend pre-placement education classes, at which adoption and foster care topics will be discussed.

The state-required classes will be at Columbiana County Mental Health Board, 27 Vista Drive, Lisbon, and will start at 6 p.m. Sept. 9 and continue Sept. 11, 13, 14, 15, 17, 24, concluding on Oct. 4.
