A few of the classes offered:

The Barefoot Journey: A blend of tai chi and yoga that focuses on controlled breathing, concentration and fluidity of movement.

Gliding Pilates: The next step in a Pilates workout that sculpts abs and legs through “graceful” line-creating motions.

Senior Sneakers: A free class for older adults and seniors looking to strengthen muscles and increase their range of movements.
