X YOUNGSTOWN — Announced by Carla C. Coristin, 6747 Bristlewood Drive, is the engagement of her daughter, Michelle L. Coristin, 2138 N. Bissell St., Chicago, and Andrew J. Wiechkoske, 4250 N. Marine Drive, Chicago.
The bride-elect, also a daughter of the late Michael G. Coristin, graduated from St. Mary's College at Notre Dame, Ind., with a bachelor's degree in elementary education. She is a teacher at The Frances Xavier Warde School in Chicago.
The prospective groom is an investment banking analyst with J.P. Morgan in Chicago. He earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of Notre Dame in Indiana.
Aug. 8 has been chosen by the couple as the date for their 4 p.m. wedding at St. Matthias Church. Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for an evening reception at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Social Hall.
