Copper theft discovered at South Side home
YOUNGSTOWN — A maintenance man who went to 752 Pineview Ave. to do some repairs discovered the front door of the vacant South Side house, owned by Neapolitan Realty, had been forced open and copper plumbing missing from the basement, police said. The theft was reported Thursday.
