The $1 million that is budgeted for the Warren G. Harding High School’s auditorium and a few rooms will provide for these renovations:
New exterior enclosure where classroom wings are demolished.
Required exterior repairs including limited stone restoration.
New roofing for the remaining structure.
Repair and paint current doors and windows with some replacement.
Provide two new pairs of doors.
Limited parapet replacement.
Maintenance of current restrooms.
Relocated platform lift for the auditorium stage.
Installation of a new fire alarm system.
Installation of new exit signs and emergency exit lighting.
New house lighting.
Seat repairs.
Installation of new hot water boilers.
Electric and plumbing repairs.
