CHAMPION — Ohio State Highway Patrol, Southington Post, continues its investigation of a one-vehicle crash at 3:07 a.m. today on U.S. Route 422, west of Templeton Road, in which Andy Williams Jr. of South Euclid died.
An OSHP report said the 33-year-old man was eastbound on Route 422 when he lost control of his 1996 Volkswagen, crossed the median into the westbound lane and then overturned. The victim, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from his vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
