John Rich, 48, East Lucius Avenue, Youngstown, felonious assault.
Gloria D. Atkins, 49, West Princeton Avenue, Youngstown, four counts, illegal use of food stamps.
Joseph E. Harris, 20, Wesley Avenue, Youngstown, two counts, being a felon in possession of a firearm; one count, aggravated burglary with a firearm specification; one count, aggravated robbery with a firearm specification; one count, carrying concealed weapons.
Aquila Blue, 22, Parmelee Avenue, Youngstown, escape.
Robert Jennings, 59, Delaware Avenue, Youngstown, domestic violence.
Steven A. Shaver, 43, Katahdin Drive, Poland, failure to register.

Derry L. Johnson, aka Derrilyn Johnson, 44, Alameda Avenue, Youngstown, kidnapping, aggravated burglary with a firearm specification and repeat violent offender specification, being a felon in possession of a firearm.
