Ohio ranks 29th out of 50 states and the District of Columbia on the Small Business & Entrepreneurship Council’s Small Business Survival Index 2007. The Index considers 31 major government-imposed or government-related costs affecting small businesses and entrepreneurs to arrive at the overall rating.
