Deon Glenn, of Glenwood Avenue, who is accused of being the shooter, and Robert Jackson, of East Evergreen Avenue, who is accused of being the driver, both 18, were indicted today on one count of aggravated murder.

They also were indicted on five counts of attempted murder pertaining to Akeem Minor, Hanibol Minor, Rahim Minor, Dewaylon Green and Maurice McQueen. The indictment did not state the relationships among the Minors. All charges carry firearm specifications. The shooting occurred on Ford Avenue as Patterson and Akeem Minor left a party.
