SALEM — Artist Elizabeth Babb of Salem, whose work is heavily influenced by jazz, has been accepted into the JVC Newport Jazz Festival’s art fair.
The show will take place Aug. 10-12 at Fort Adams State Park. It will be the first time her work has been shown at the festival.
The musicians who will be performing include B.B. King, Etta James and Dave Brubeck.
Babb will also be exhibiting her work at the Wooster Jazz Festival on July 8. It’s the second year she’s shown her work there.
