UPMC motorcycle poker run scheduled

FARRELL — University of Pittsburgh Medical Center Horizon employees will hold the second annual Motorcycle Poker Run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Aug. 4. Tickets are $20 for riders and $15 for passengers, and include a box lunch at the first stop and a buffet dinner at 1866 Restaurant and Taproom in Mercer, Pa.

The schedule is as follows: 10 to 11 a.m., registration on the upper parking lot at UPMC Horizon in Greenville, Pa.; 12:15 to 1 p.m., UPMC Northwest, Seneca, Pa. (UPMC Northwest participants may start at this point); 2:30 p.m., My Brother’s Place, Grove City, Pa.; and 4 p.m., 1866 Restaurant and Taproom.

Proceeds will benefit UPMC Horizon Community Health Foundation, which funds local projects that address unmet health and human service needs in the community served by UPMC Horizon.
