Air quality advisory in effect tomorrow

YOUNGSTOWN — The Eastgate regional council of governments has issued an air quality advisory in the Mahoning Valley Wednesday.

People with respiratory or heart disease, children and the elderly should avoid prolonged or heavy physical exertion.

High winds over Pennsylvania will limit pollutant dispersion, the council reports. Meanwhile, sunny skies and warm temperatures will prevent pollutants from escaping into the atmosphere.
