IN THE CUP! Area aces

Ron Stas of Boardman aced the No. 16 hole on the North Course at Mill Creek Golf Course. He hit a 4-iron on the 167-yard hole. Witnesses were Ron Williams and Doug Bevan.

Dave Louk of Salem made his first career hole-in-one on the No. 4 hole at Valley Golf Course in Columbiana using an 8-iron. The shot was witnessed by Glen Lippiatt.

Dr. Sy Yossef of Poland aced the 183-yard, No. 11 hole with a 4 iron at Fonderlac. The shot was witnessed by Dr. Alex Grable.
