Molly Seals of Canfield is
senior vice president, Human Resources & Organizational Development, Humility of Mary Health Partners.

She has led efforts to develop workforce strategies as part of the organization's strategic plan. Seals serves as president of the American Society of Healthcare Human Resources Administration.

She is also vice chair of the Area 17 Workforce Investment Board, immediate past chair of the Employer Advisory Council to the Northeast Ohio Healthcare Employment Network, board member of the Youngstown Area Development Corporation, trustee of the Community Foundation of the Mahoning Valley.

Received her master of science degree in business administration from Bowling Green State University and a bachelor of science degree in human resource management from The University of the State of New York. Also a graduate of Youngstown State University, having studied liberal arts and applied business.

Married to George Seals, Jr. and has two sons, Bobby and Christopher, and a granddaughter.
