Coaches: Mike Hold is 3-4 in his first season with the Thunder and 30-31 in three seasons overall; Ben Bennett is 49-30 in his third season with Manchester and four seasons overall.
Scouting report: The Thunder needs a win — badly. Mahoning Valley has lost four straight games after opening the season 3-0, and none of the losses have been close. A 67-49 loss at Manchester April 28 started the losing skid. In that game, The Wolves jumped out to a 33-14 lead at halftime and Thunder wasn’t able to recover. The Wolves have problems of their own, though. They are 0-4 on the road this season.
Up next: The Thunder travels to Cincinnati June 2 for a rematch of their April 21 game, won by the Thunder at the Chevrolet Centre, 54-20.
