YOUNGSTOWN — Three new firefighter cadets will be sworn in Friday at Fire Station No. 1, 420 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd.
Youngstown resident Corey Brown, 29, Canfield resident John Carbon, 20, and Columbiana resident Chad Manchester, 22, will begin duty May 27.
