Niles lawyer is charged

NILES — A lawyer is charged with failing to file income tax returns from 2001 through 2004.

The charge was filed Thursday against John H. Large in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Ohio, Eastern Division.

The U.S. Attorney alleges Large did not file a tax return on $107,361 in 2001; $181,924 in 2002; $109,299 in 2003; and $27,061 in 2004.
