Boy caught with 28 ready-to-sell bags of marijuana

YOUNGSTOWN — A 17-year-old boy found with 28 packaged-for-sale bags of suspected marijuana in a bookbag was arrested at Lincoln Place, a residential detention center for juveniles on East Indianola Avenue. The boy was taken to the Martin P. Joyce Juvenile Justice Center on Wednesday to face a charge of aggravated marijuana trafficking.
