GIRARD
May 11
Theft: A man in the 800 block of Lawrence Avenue found out his credit card had been stolen and that a 44.15 online purchase through a catalog was made with it.
Criminal damaging: A man in the 1700 block of North State Street reported a broken window and damaged steering column to his truck, apparently after someone tried to steal it. Damage was estimated at 300.
Aggravated menacing: A North State Street man alleged his former girlfriend, a 22-year-old Southington woman, has continually threatened via cellular phone to harm him during a property dispute.
Robbery: An employee at McQuaid's Service Center, 131 S. State St., told police a gunman wearing a green and black hoodie pulled over his head demanded money before fleeing on foot.
May 12
Assault: A Church Hill Road woman suffered a minor injury when a Girard woman, 36, grabbed her.
Arrest: After responding to a harassment call at an Illinois Avenue residence, police arrested a 44-year-old Girard man on charges of disorderly conduct and driving under the influence.
Theft: After moving from an apartment in the 200 block of Church Hill Road, a Niles man accused a 44-year-old woman of using his name to connect her phone service.
May 13
Menacing: A West Liberty Street man told officers that a neighbor couple threatened to harm him.
Criminal mischief: A woman in the 300 block of Indiana Avenue accused her former husband of cutting or removing the main breakers for her electricity. He was told to reconnect her service and did so, police said.
May 14
Damage: A Campbell woman reported a brick was dislodged from a truck in front of her as she drove on North State Street. The brick struck and damaged one of her tires.
Menacing: An East Liberty Street woman said a neighbor threatened to harm her and damage her vehicle.
Assault: A student at Girard High School, 31 N. Ward Ave., reported another student pushed her into a desk during a dispute.
May 15
Menacing: An East Second Street woman told police a tenant threatened to destroy her home and property regarding a civil dispute.
Breaking and entering: An East Kline Street man discovered someone entered his home through a rear porch. Two patio cushions and three bottles of alcoholic beverages were taken.
LIBERTY
May 10
Robbery: A worker at Giant Eagle, 4700 Belmont Ave., told police a man in his 30s nearly hit him with a vehicle as the victim tried to stop the perpetrator after about 320 worth of groceries was stolen. The items were recovered.
Drugs: After responding to a report of a vehicle in a ditch in the 1000 block of Trumbull Avenue, officers took a Niles man, 30, into custody. He was charged with drug abuse and driving under the influence.
Assault: A 17-year-old Lucretia Drive boy was charged after a neighbor alleged the teen got off a four-wheel vehicle and assaulted him as the accuser retrieved a basketball from the boy's yard. The victim was treated for several cuts and abrasions.

Arrest: A 36-year-old Youngstown woman faced charges of driving and operating a vehicle under the influence as well as failure to comply with police when, authorities say, she pulled over after being stopped for various vehicle violations, then led police on a pursuit before being apprehended near Belmont and Francisca avenues.
Burglary: A Whippoorwill Drive man reported someone broke into his home and took about 33,000 worth of jewelry.
Criminal damaging: A front window was damaged at Kravitz Delicatessen Inc., 3135 Belmont Ave.
Recovered property: Youngstown police found a 2004 Hyundai Elantra after a Mill Run Drive man reported it stolen.
May 12
Theft: A Church Hill-Hubbard Road man reported the theft of his wallet.
Arrest: Girard police turned a Youngstown man, 20, over to Liberty authorities. He was wanted on charges of tampering with evidence, a felony, and possession of drug paraphernalia, a misdemeanor.
May 13
Breaking and entering: Police discovered a break-in at Midwest Money Center, 3026 Belmont Ave. A handgun was stolen.
Criminal damaging: Someone used a nail to puncture a car's passenger-side tire in the 2900 block of Oakland Street.
May 14
Burglary: A woman discovered someone entered her Academy Road residence through a window and removed a laptop computer, 100 compact discs and loose change.
Auto theft: A Youngstown woman came out of the Liberty Plaza, 3551 Belmont Ave., and realized her 1993 Ford Escort had been stolen.
Identity fraud: A Tibbets-Wick Road man told authorities he received two notices from a collection agency stating he owed 6,732 on two Cingular Wireless accounts that he never opened.
Burglary: Nothing appeared to have been taken after someone entered a Will-o-wood Drive residence through a side window.
Aggravated menacing: A Girard woman reported the driver of a Chevrolet Impala deliberately sped up as he approached her in the Giant Eagle parking lot, nearly striking her. Police later stopped the vehicle, though no charges had been filed at the time of the report.
HUBBARD
May 9
Theft: A motorist pumped gasoline at a Shell True North station, 204 W. Liberty St., and left without paying.
May 10
Vandalism: A worker for a park in the 1200 block of Jones Street reported that a fence had been knocked down.
Theft: A driver in a green van left a Shell station and failed to pay for gasoline.
May 11
Criminal mischief: Police got a report of juveniles throwing rocks at a set of railroad gate lights near Elmwood Drive. The teens denied the action, however.
May 12
Criminal damaging: A woman in the 100 block of Moore Street reported vehicle damage.
Recovered property: A car was found in the 900 block of Woodland Avenue after a worker at Barkley's Tavern, 548 W. Liberty St., reported it stolen.
May 13
Theft: A woman, no information given, was arrested on charges of theft and drug paraphernalia after a Doris Drive man alleged a woman stole items from his home.
