Man found guilty of disorderly conduct

WARREN -- A Youngstown man who was subdued with a stun gun in a Trumbull County Common Pleas Court has been found guilty of disorderly conduct.
Michael A. Sause, 37, was charged with inciting to violence Feb. 2 after he charged John H. Herrick, of Girard, who had just been acquitted of raping Sause's 15-year-old daughter.
Based upon the recommendation of city Prosecutor Traci Timko-Rose, Sause pleaded no contest to the reduced charge, was found guilty by Judge Thomas P. Gysegem and fined 50 and costs.
"It was a very emotional day for my client," Atty. Joseph Rafidi told the court.
After Herrick was acquitted in the courtroom of Judge Andrew Logan, Sause jumped from his seat and charged Herrick. One deputy attempted to restrain Sause while Deputy Rick Timko, the prosecutor's brother, used a stun gun to subdue him.
