Frampton has received his first Grammy Award. Garnering “Best Pop Instrumental Album” for his first all instrumental recording Fingerprints, the legendary artist says, “Thirty years ago, I got nominated for another record. I didn’t get that one as the pop star, but today I got this one as the musician.”

The Doobie Brothers are known for blues based songs with a rock edge, often with lush vocal harmonies. They have had great support from the listening public with songs ranging in style from the bluesy rock of "Long Train Runnin’" to the country-tinged "Black Water" to the gospel/jazz rooted "Takin’ It To The Streets," and songs that truly defy classification. Along the way the Doobie Brothers have accumulated multiple Grammy awards, numerous gold, platinum and multi-platinum albums.
