Frank J. Bursick Jr., 44, of East Liverpool Road, receiving stolen property and two counts of possession of drugs.
Daniel L. Kernaich, 26, no address given, failure of a sexually oriented offender to verify address.
Daniel R. Carnes, 41, of Boring Lane, East Liverpool, failure of a sexually oriented offender to verify address.
Christopher J. Wallace, 21, of St. Clair Avenue, East Liverpool, aggravated robbery and five counts of aggravated menacing.
Cynthia Wilson, 24, of Scott Mill Road, Negley, three counts of possession of drugs.
Nicholas J. Edwards, 17, of East Third Street, Salem, felonious assault.
Tyrone Coles, 32, of Riverview Street, East Liverpool, domestic violence.
Tameka T. Patterson, 28, of Fairfax Street, Youngstown, theft.
