VIENNA — Two men remain hospitalized as the result of a two-vehicle crash along state Route 11 in Vienna on Tuesday.
Thomas A. Cowher Jr., 53, of Poland, the driver of a minivan, remains in critical condition in St. Elizabeth Health Center. The driver of a truck, Robert Lippmann, 49, of Mercer, Pa., is in stable condition in St. Elizabeth’s.
The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported the minivan appeared to be on the right side berm of the southbound lane, between King Graves Road and Route 82, about 1:30 p.m. Tuesday. The southbound truck went off the right side of the road, striking the minivan. No charges have been filed as the crash remains under investigation.
