Police probe stabbing of man in Columbiana

COLUMBIANA -- Police are investigating the stabbing of a man about 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
Randy Renfro, 23, of North Middle Avenue, was stabbed in his left side.
David Algaier, 23, of South Main Street, was charged with felonious assault. He was taken to the Columbiana County Jail.
Police said the stabbing may have occurred in an alley after a party.
Renfro was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center, but a hospital spokesperson said he did not want any information about his condition released.
