GIRARD COUNCIL Regular meeting

Girard Council took the following action Monday:
Agreed to dedicate the entrance drive behind city hall, connecting city hall and the justice center, to Joseph Christopher, who recently passed away. There will also be a plaque placed in council chambers in memory of Christopher, who served several elected positions in the city.
Approved an ordinance making appropriations for the fiscal year 2007.
Held discussions on potential plans to renovate council chambers inside city hall.
