CANFIELD -- The engagement of Kelly Marie Zidian, 6115 Abbotts Bridge Road, Deluth, Ga., and Ronald Alton Weeks, 150 Oak Bluff Drive, Athens, Ga., is announced by the bride-elect's parents, Joe and Diana Zidian, 5963 Tippecanoe Road.
Parents of the future groom are Ronald A. Weeks Sr. of Fishers, Ind., and Toni Keeling of Statham, Ga.
Miss Zidian graduated from Clarion University in Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in education. She is an elementary science teacher with Meadowcreek Elementary School in Norcross, Ga.
Mr. Weeks, who is in management in training with Wolesley North American in Atlanta, graduated from the University of Georgia in Athens with a degree in geography.
The open wedding planned by the couple will take place at 2 p.m. June 16 at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown. Invitations will be issued for their evening reception at the Maronite Center, also in Youngstown.
