LIMELIGHT Awards, achievements

BELOIT -- Roger Greenawalt, owner of Sweet Meadow Farm Drainage in Beloit, was among 12 national finalists for the Contractor of the Year 2007 sponsored by Equipment World magazine and construction equipment manufacturers Caterpillar Inc. and Wacker Corp. All finalists received a four-day trip to Las Vegas and attended the NASCAR Nextel Cup race at Las Vegas Speedway courtesy of Caterpillar.
CANFIELD -- Bal-Son Service Station, 3107 S. Canfield-Niles Road, was named Retailer of the Week by the Ohio Lottery for the week of March 19. Jagdish Bal owns Bal-son Service Station, and Kulwant Bal manages it. Each week, the Ohio Lottery recognizes one outstanding retail partner who offers courteous service and sales enthusiasm.
