Phantoms fundraiserfor Relay For Life
BOARDMAN -- Mahoning Valley Phantoms hockey team is hosting its third Relay For Life Night on Saturday at the Ice Zone, 360 McClurg Road. This year, the Phantoms will wear special purple Relay For Life jerseys, which will be auctioned off after the game. Proceeds from the auction will benefit the American Cancer Society's area Relay For Life programs. Game tickets are 8. Hartford breakfastlocation changed
HARTFORD -- Hartford Fire Association's breakfast has been moved to Brookfield Fire Hall, 774 state Route 7 (4.5 miles south of Hartford center, and will be held from 7:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday. The menu will include pancakes, french toast, sausage, eggs (anyway you like them) and sausage gravy over biscuits. Takeouts will be available.
Christmas projectsubject of meeting
NILES -- Samaritan's Purse will hold an informational meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday at the Eastwood Mall in the community room above the food court. Anyone interested in the "Shoe Boxes For Christmas Program" may attend.

Celebration, breakfast welcome spring
GIRARD--A Welcome Spring Celebration will be combined with an Easter Bunny Breakfast from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday at St. Rose School gym and cafeteria, 61 E. Main St.
Breakfast will include pancakes, sausage, scrambled eggs and beverages at a cost of 4.50 for adults and 2.50 for children 10 and under. There will be pictures with the Easter Bunny, an egg hunt, duck pond, kids' crafts, Easter candy shop, flower sale, garden gift shop and home-baked Easter goodies.
Also planned are a spring auction and crafts sale, a floral fine art show and sale, and fried dough sale.
Men's fashion showscheduled at centre
YOUNGSTOWN -- A spring brunch, men's fashion show and musical has been scheduled by the Associated Neighborhood Centers and will be held from 10 a.m. to noon Thursday at McGuffey Centre, 1649 Jacobs Road.
The donation is 10, and Valentine brunch reservations will be honored. For more information or a reservation, call (330) 744-4377 by noon Tuesday.
Limited tickets availablefor dinner and raffle
AUSTINTOWN -- A reverse raffle and dinner dance will be held April 27 by members of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, 4500 Norquest Blvd.
Patrons purchasing dinner tickets for 60 will be entered in the reverse raffle for a grand prize of 3,000 and 400 in interim prizes. Tickets for the dinner-only are 30. Only 250 tickets will be sold.
Doors for the event will open at 6 p.m., and the catered buffet dinner will begin at 7. There will also be a 50-50 drawing, a Chinese raffle and side boards.
