The Troy-based auto parts supplier, which filed for bankruptcy in 2005, said closing five centers in suburban Detroit, one in Flint and one in Downers Grove, Ill., will save about 120 million and eliminate about 57 jobs during the next 10 years.
The new center will be in Auburn Hills, said Delphi spokesman Lindsey Williams.
