9 to help find new administrator

WARREN -- Nine people have agreed to serve on a committee formed to lend credibility to and aid with the selecting of a new Trumbull County administrator.
Three of the nine are members of the Trumbull County Planning Commission, which makes decisions regarding the work of the county planning department. They are: John Mahan, a retired businessman; Richard Musick, an insurance agent; and Larry Wright, a retired salesman.
The others are: Warren attorney Patrick Wilson; real estate agent Chuck Joseph; retired Delphi Packard employee John Talstein; Reid Dulberger, executive vice president of the Regional Chamber; Toni Landolfi, retired marketing official with Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Retirement Services; and Tom Conley, director of the Warren-Trumbull County Urban League.
James Keating, county personnel director, said he would call a meeting probably in early April to get the committee started.
Keating received 54 applications from people interested in the administrator position, which became vacant July 26, 2006, when former administrator Tony Carson Jr. resigned.
