The state semifinal began as Poland hoped, with limited scoring. But the Bulldogs already are in foul trouble as Lou Coppola and Chris Lovell each have two personals.
On the bright side, Jon Diebler has one point
Both Upper Sandusky and Poland brought pep bands. Upper Sandusky's first tune was "Buckeye Battlecry."
The Poland band countered with "Across the Field," Ohio State's other popular anthem.
As of yet, neither have attempted "Script Ohio." ... But it's early.
And the next Ohio State tribute song is "Hang on Sloopy" by the Poland band.
