Police calls
The adult-care facility for mentally ill men at 135 Illinois Ave., Youngstown has summoned police for disturbances caused by James R. DiCioccio, known as Dusty, who is charged with choking another resident to death March 11. Following are times when DiCioccio's name was given to the 911 call taker anddispatcher comments.
Jan. 26, 6:06 p.m. -- James DiCioccio. A resident there is fighting everyone in the house.
Oct. 1, 2006, 12:30 p.m. -- James DiCioccio out of control.
Aug. 3, 2006, 11:09 a.m. -- Resident attacking maintenance man. (DiCioccio was charged with disorderly conduct).
June 29, 2006, 2:47 p.m. -- See James DiCioccio for harassment.
Feb. 23, 2006, 9:48 a.m. -- The male, James DiCioccio, needs to be pink slipped, they want him removed, he is becoming too violent. Disposition: taken to Forum Health Northside Medical Center.
Jan. 24, 2006, 1:50 p.m. -- See Dusty. He said people there bothering him. As he went on talking he said there are animals, star wars, UFOs.
Nov. 21, 2005, 1:35 p.m. -- Resident Dusty/James is tearing up his room and threatening workers.
