"Dancing With the Stars" (8 p.m., ABC): Let's get ready to rummmmmba! The ballroom blitz starts anew with what looks to be the show's most intriguing cast yet. Among the happy hoofers are Heather Mills, the estranged wife of Paul McCartney and the first dancer to compete on an artificial leg. Other contenders for the Season 4 crown include female boxer Laila Ali, actor-singers Joey Fatone and Billy Ray Cyrus and Olympic speed skater Apolo Anton Ohno. They and others figure to keep the judges on their toes.
