IPHONE

What it has

Although it’s a cell phone, the ability to call people is not the reason why the iPhone has gained so much popularity. It’s all about everything else it can do. Here’s a list of some of its many features:

A 3.5-inch touch screen made from optical-quality glass specifically designed for use with fingers.

A virtual keyboard for use with features such as text messaging. It will feature automatic spell checking, predictive word capabilities, and a dictionary that learns new words.
Users will be able to check their voice mail without calling it. Instead, they can choose what messages they want to hear by selecting them on the touch screen.

A 2.0 megapixel camera capable of taking pictures, not video. Users also are able to upload and view pictures in the phone’s photo album as well as e-mail them.

A multimedia player capable of playing music and videos. Videos can be viewed in either zoomed or widescreen format.

Built-in Wi-Fi for wireless connection to the Internet.

Headphones similar to those that come with iPods will feature a microphone for phone conversations. Calls be answered and ended by squeezing the microphone.
