YOUNGSTOWN — Youngstown State University is $500,000 closer to completing its $43-million Capital Centennial Campaign today thanks to a donation from First Place Bank.
The contribution is the largest put forward by a corporation in the five-year history of the fund-raising campaign. It will be earmarked for the new Williamson College of Business Administration.
The donation boosts the total generated by the campaign to $30 million, said spokesman Ron Cole.
