Dog park opening in Hermitage

HERMITAGE, Pa. — Dogs will now have a safe place to romp.

Hillcrest-Flynn Pet Funeral Home and Crematory, and Hillcrest Memorial Park are opening a secure, private dog park emphasizing pet wellness on a quarter-acre of property located at 2619 East State Street in Hermitage.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony was set for Thursday and a grand opening and open house are planned for Saturday and Sunday.
