A grand jury indicted the following people:

William R. Lester, 69, Westchester Drive, Austintown, failure to notify change of address.

Darrin S. Stevenson, 27, Deercreek Court, Austintown, felonious assault with a repeat violent offender specification.

Qwon Dow, 30, Zedaker Street, Youngstown, felonious assault.

Thomas Boddie, 55, Sherwood Avenue, Youngstown, receiving stolen property.

Anthony J. Dimuzio, 46, Nadyne Drive, Youngstown; three counts, identity fraud; two counts, telecommunications fraud.

Brian K. Rice, 29, Breaden Street, Youngstown, aggravated burglary.

Kenneth Marlowe, 40, Kimmel Drive and McGuffey Road, Youngstown, breaking and entering.

Jeffrey L. Long, 41, Brookline Avenue, Youngstown, burglary.

Andre L. Harrison, 22, East Ravenwood Avenue, Youngstown, failure to comply with the order or signal of a police officer.

Jarrett J. Santagata, 30, Logan Way, Youngstown, cocaine possession.

Joseph G. Michael, Jr., 21, Beechwood Drive, Boardman, felonious assault.

John D. Beckett, 26, Florida Avenue, Sebring, breaking and entering, theft.

Brian Brodzinski, 18, Shadow Ridge Lane, Alliance, breaking and entering, theft.

Robert Brodzinski, 20, Shadow Ridge Lane, Alliance, breaking and entering, theft.

Henry Jones, 51, East Liberty Street., Girard, cocaine possession, heroin possession.

Anthony V. Mascarella, 19, Bennington Avenue, Youngstown, drug possession, being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying concealed weapons.

Gladys Donnell, 21, Ohio Avenue, Youngstown, theft.

Edward McLane, 21, Oregon Avenue, Youngstown, being a felon in possession of a firearm, carrying concealed weapons.

Theresa A. Hoffman, 37, Vienna Avenue, Niles, cocaine possession.

Darrell E. Knepp, 36, Trumbull County Jail, aggravated robbery.

Lamar McKinney, 19, Griffith Street, Youngstown, aggravated robbery.

Antonio Morales, 18, Cherry Hill Avenue, Youngstown, felonious assault.

Anthony M. Carr, 48, homeless, four counts, rape; five counts, kidnapping, each with a sexual motivation specification; one count, attempted rape; one count, attempted aggravated robbery; one count, felonious assault with a sexual motivation specification; repeat violent offender specifications on all counts.

The grand jury refused to indict:

Paul Sharp, 35, East State Street, Salem, drug possession.
