Brookfield school board meeting is at 1 p.m. Sunday

BROOKFIELD — The Brookfield Board of Education will meet at 1 p.m. Sunday in the high school cafeteria. The purpose of the meeting is to pass a resolution authorizing the board to borrow money to pay outstanding debts of about $350,000 for the current year, said Board Member Joseph Pasquerilla. The loan would then be paid with tax revenue from next year.
