Candle sale to benefit patient-care fund

GREENVILLE, Pa. — The UPMC Horizon Oncology Patient Care Fund will hold a candle sale from 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. June 29 in the lobby of the UPMC Horizon’s Greenville campus.

Proceeds will be used to provide emotional comfort and financial support for the hospital’s oncology patients and their families, and also to support the American Cancer Society, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
